     Byron is owner and member of the Butt Rub wining team at the Jack Daniels World BBQ Championship contest 9 years in a row, plus numerous first place barbeque competition awards. “Byron Chism – 20 Years of living the BBQ dream.

      In 2016, Jason and his team were featured in “The Chicken Whisperer” magazine with his products and how to cool competition style. Also in 2016, his pro competition cooking team, The Porkaholic’s won multiple top 10 finishes as well as 1st place pork in the Sip & Swine contest in Lawrenceville, GA. Jason will teach you how to choose the best products, meat preparation and techniques that will help you “Cook Like The Best!”


To top-off the cooking classes Mike Brown, owner and vintner of 12 Spies Vineyard and Farms, along with his staff will host a wine and BBQ pairing, enabling you to become your own connoisseur while serving fine wines and fabulous home cooked barbeque.
